Head Pulley - Spiral Drum
Spiral Drum Pulley is formed by a pair of vertical steel bars helically wound around a Heavy Duty Drum Pulley. This unique design reduces buildup between the belt and the pulley while providing continuous belt contact for applications where wing pulleys cannot be used. Rotation of the pulley automatically starts the cleaning action, discharging foreign material to the side of the conveyor.

BeltSaver I bracket uses a return roll that is one standard size wider, i.e. 6 inches wider. This gives the belt a greater range of motion and reduces wear on the edge of the belt from rubbing on the brackets.
BeltSaver II bracket gives the belt more room, but without roll support. This bracket uses the standard roll width.
